Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy extended his congratulations and warm wishes to the team behind Baby for their recent success at the 71st National Film Awards. On Monday, at his Jubilee Hills residence, the Chief Minister felicitated producer SKN, producer-director Sai Rajesh, and playback singer PVNS Rohit. The three were honored with shawls in recognition of their outstanding achievement.
Starring Anand Deverakonda, Viraj Ashwin, and Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Baby recently secured two prestigious National Awards: Best Screenplay Writer – Sai Rajesh; and Best Playback Singer – PVNS Rohit (for Premisthunna). The CM praised the film's success and expressed his hope that it would inspire filmmakers to create more quality cinema. He also reiterated his commitment to transforming Hyderabad into a major hub for Indian film production, assuring the industry of the government's full support.
Later, producer SKN tweeted, "This support fills us with the determination to dream bigger and create cinema that continues to bring glory to Telugu people across the world."
SKN's current projects: "Chennai Love Story (Kiran Abbavaram, Sri Gouri Priya) is going to go on the floors soon. We are also introducing a debut director named Krishna through another project. Avinash, who has worked on Hari Hara Veera Mallu, will direct a movie under my banner. A Telugu hero and a Kannada hero will headline it. I will be collaborating with Maruthi after The Raja Saab. Another collaboration with Sai Rajesh is on the cards. On Aha, my 3 Roses (Season 2) will start streaming in a couple of months."
