"They came to expose the fake gurus. But the spirits had other plans," the trailer for Eesha says, introducing its four science-loving, rational-minded lead characters. Thrigun's character accuses Babas and Fakirs of fooling around by perpetuating myths around ghosts/spirits. Babloo Prithveeraj's baba character challenges to prove them wrong. "What if I prove that spirits do exist?" he asks them, embarking on a scary mission.
"A mysterious house, lurking spirits, and a battle for survival" is what Eesha is about. The haunted house becomes the site where the four lead characters get trapped and eventually discover that they might have been wrong all along. A possessed girl, occult practices, the 'nirbandham' ritual, and many more elements are sprinkled liberally.
Starring also Hebah Patel, Akhil Raj, and Siri Hanmanth, the film is directed by Srinivas Manne. RR Dhruvan's background music captures the spookiness. The cinematography by Santosh Sanamoni is able. Edited by Vinai Ramasamy V, Eesha's fights are composed by Nandu. Pothula Hema Venkateswara Rao of HVR Productions is backing it. KL Damodar Prasad is the presenter.
Bunny Vas and Vamsi Nandipati are bringing Eesha to theatres on December 12.
