A celebrity co-star developed romantic feelings for Keerthy Suresh while they were filming a movie together. Vishal and Keerthy Suresh appeared together in the 2018 Tamil film Sandakozhi 2, released in Telugu as Pandem Kodi 2. During its making, Vishal apparently fell in love with the Mahanati actress.
In a recent interview, Kollywood filmmaker N Lingusamy revealed that Vishal got his father to send a marriage proposal to Keerthy. The actress told the director that she had been in love with her childhood sweetheart, Antony. The proposal was dead on arrival.
Incidentally, Pandem Kodi also featured Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, rumoured to have been in love with Vishal at one point.
A year after Pandem Kodi 2 happened, Vishal got engaged to his dating partner, Anisha Alla Reddy. Due to unknown reasons, their engagement was called off.
Vishal was most recently seen in Madha Gaja Raja. The film became a blockbuster in Tamil but was a flop in Telugu. Keerthy Suresh will be seen in Revolver Rita and Kannivedi, among others.
