One prominent sentiment circulating online centers on the practice of retaining Tamil titles while simultaneously altering geographical references within the film. "If you (Tamil filmmakers) don't wish to give your dubbed Telugu versions a proper Telugu title, that's fine," commented one netizen. "But here's a request, please avoid changing the region, state, or village names in the dubbed version. For instance, if your story is set in Chennai, let it remain Chennai in Telugu too. Replacing it with Vizag or any other Andhra/Telangana city just to localize it doesn't make sense, especially when the title itself isn’t adapted for the Telugu audience."
