The title glimpse for Havish and Kavya Thapar's Nenu Ready has been released, with the makers calling it a bona fide family film.
Speaking on the occasion, director Trinadha Rao said that, after Mazaka, he listened to writer Vikranth Srinivas' narration and immediately approached Havish. "Havish is not an easy actor to be convinced. He doesn't accept stories just like that. He thinks profoundly. Nenu Ready has a vast cast. We always have three to four caravans stationed on sets. Nenu Ready will make you laugh throughout the run-time except for the last 15 minutes. In the climax, you are going to shed tears. Mickey J Meyer's music is shaping up very well. He told me he loved my visual narration. So far, he has dished out three excellent tunes. Fifty percent of the shoot is already finished. These days, all male artists are growing a beard. The story of Nenu Ready, in contrast, demanded its male lead to be clean-shaven. Nikhila Koneru is a thoughtful producer who analyzes each problem and comes up with solutions. She is extremely passionate. Sri Lakshmi garu is going to make you cry in this film," the director said.
Hero Havish said, "This birthday feels the most special in my life. I thank the audience and the media for supporting me since Nuvvila, my first movie. Although I want to have a new release in theatres every Friday, that's not possible because I always want to do something fresh. Trinadha Rao garu is a family friend. I was supposed to team up with him years ago. Nenu Ready is the best story in his filmography. Nizar Shafi's frames are beautiful. I am looking forward to seeing you all in theatres soon."
Producer Nikhila Koneru said, "I am making a debut with Nenu Ready. My father, Satyanarayana Koneru, has been an educationalist. He has produced six movies (Genius, Rakshasudu, Seven and three others). I have always dreamt of taking forward his legacy. I am doing it already in the field of education. I feel honoured to be producing a Trinadha Rao directorial. He is a hilarious person. I can't stop laughing in his presence! It's a learning experience to work with him."
Writer Vikranth Srinivas said, "I have penned the story and dialogues for this movie. I have known Trinadha Rao for the past eight years. Nenu Ready is a family-friendly movie. Every middle-class family will be able to connect with the story. Shooting for this movie has been like a picnic."
