Below is a statement issued by the Telugu Film Producers Council thanking the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

"We extend heartfelt gratitude to the Honorable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the Honorable Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Pawan Kalyan, the Honorable Minister for Human Resources Development, IT, Electronics, and Communications, Shri Nara Lokesh, the Minister for Tourism, Culture, and Cinematography, Shri Kandula Durgesh, and the Andhra Pradesh Film Development Corporation (AP FDC) for their decision to introduce a new policy for the development of the Telugu film industry in Andhra Pradesh. They have put forward proposals related to the development of the Telugu film industry in Andhra Pradesh, including the construction of studios and establishment of infrastructure in Vizag, Tirupati, and Rajahmundry, as well as the allocation of land for housing for producers, artists, directors, and technicians. They have assured the Andhra Pradesh government of their full cooperation and support for the rapid development of the Telugu film industry in the state. Furthermore, they have requested the revival of the Nandi Awards and the clearance of pending awards. Therefore, with a humble request, they are eagerly awaiting swift action from the Andhra Pradesh government on this matter. Through this, the Telugu film industry aims to move forward in establishing the necessary infrastructure for film production in Andhra Pradesh."

The above statement is proof that the Telugu film industry is evidently happy with the way things are going in both Telugu States.

Meanwhile, the industry is gearing up for Gaddar Awards (to be presented by the Telangana Government) in April. Recently, the Telangana Film Development Corporation said that awards will be given in multiple categories.
