Speaking at the pre-release event of Robinhood, actor Rajendra Prasad addressed Australian former international cricketer David Warner and uttered words lacking in class and manners. He used a Telugu-language swear word, probably on the pretext of appearing funny. His speech has been trolled on social media.
"Rajendra Prasad should mind his words. David Warner doesn't know Telugu. He is a foreigner and an accomplished cricketer. Using an expletive for a person who doesn't even know your language is not correct," a social media user wrote. David Warner looked disinterested.
If anybody were to ask the senior actor about his language, he would most likely paint himself as a child-like person who has immense affection for Warner. He might probably say, "I grew up watching Warner play on field. How can I abuse him?"
Rajendra Prasad plays Nithiin's sidekick in Robinhood, which hits the cinemas on March 28th. The action comedy, directed by Venky Kudumula, has Sreeleela playing the heroine. The film's Trailer doesn't give the impression that the villains have any novelty or interest factor going for them. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Robinhood has music by GV Prakash Kumar.
