In recent weeks, the nation has been pulsing with Nationalism over retaliatory strikes against Pakistan. The Indian military called it Operation Sindoor. Inspired by the adventure, a patriotic song has now been released under the aegis of health and diet expert Lakshman Pudi, who is its singer, director and actor.
Lakshman Pudi spoke emotionally about his journey, stating that since his childhood, he had always had the desire to serve his country in some way. He explained that although he was then 56 years old, he remained healthy because of his focus on nutrition. Pudi added that before becoming a health expert, he had also been a creative soul—a singer, writer, and performer. He then declared that the song he was referring to was a tribute to their soldiers and was dedicated to the family of Murali Naik. Pudi concluded by saying that just as soldiers guard their borders, he was doing his part by promoting better health from within the country.
Penned by Prasad and set to tune by Ramesh, it is neatly choreographed by Uma Shankar and edited by Manikanth.
Speaking at today's launch event, JD Lakshmi Narayana called the song beautiful. "I have always known him as a dedicated health advisor, but today he has shown us his deep-rooted passion for the nation, which stems from his ideological upbringing. His tribute reminds us to honor both farmers and soldiers."
Actor Ali said that Lakshman has transformed his own life through discipline and now helps many others lead healthier lives. He also cheered the real-life heroes at the event.
Major Oberoi, one of the event’s special guests, said that the song carries the spirit of Operation Sindoor in its heart.
