The Raja Saab's trailer, which was released the other day, didn't feature jump scares for a reason. The film itself might feature minimal jump scares.
SKN, the film's Creative Producer, has stated that the Prabhas movie is "not a spine-chilling hardcore jump scares film which will obtain A certificate and restrict families and kids". Rather, it will cater to the pan-Indian market of Prabhas, who enjoys a wide appeal among kids and families, he added. Its content will suit the festive occasion (Sankranthi). "Set your expectations right. It's a romantic horror fantasy entertainer, not a strictly single-genre horror film," SKN added, suggesting that the best horror moments have been reserved for the big screen.
Maruthi has directed this People Media Factory product. Co-starring Sanjay Dutt, Zarina Wahab, Riddhi Kumar, Malvika Mohanan and Nidhhi Ageral, The Raja Saab's music is composed by Thaman.
