Akhanda 2 will hit the cinemas on December 5 in a grand way. The Boyapati Srinu-Nandamuri Balakrishna movie is among the biggest pan-Indian Telugu movies of the year. Co-starring Aadhi Pinisetty and Samyuktha, the film's music is composed by Thaman.
On Wednesday, a Tamil film chose the same date for its theatrical release. Vaa Vaathiyaar, starring Karthi, will also be released on December 5. The action-comedy film co-stars Krithi Shetty, Rajkiran (recently seen in Dhanush's Idly Kottu) and Sathyaraj (recently seen in films like Hari Hara Veera Mallu). Directed by Nalan Kumarasamy, Karthi plays the role of a police officer in the movie. A flamboyant cop and a fanatic fan of the legendary actor-politician MGR, he will be seen in an entertaining role. The Sathyam Sundaram actor is currently also doing Sardar 2.
