Sakhire from Chai Wala: A romantic melody that paints a picture of love

Sakhire, a beautiful song from the movie Chai Wala, is a romantic serenade that captures the profound love a hero, portrayed by Shiva Kandukuri, feels for his heroine, Teju Ashwini. Sung by the talented Kapil Kapilan, the song’s lyrics, penned by Suresh Banisetti, are a poetic tribute to the heroine’s charm and grace. The music, composed by Prashanth R Vihari, is a standout feature of Sakhire. It balances high-pitched crescendos with gentle ebbs. The song is shot in everyday locations.

Director Pramod Harsha has wielded the megaphone. Releasing the movie's teaser recently, he explained that he wrote Chai Wala to be a story people could relate to, as it was inspired by everyday life. He chose Shiva for the lead role because he believed he had the right mix of sensitivity and charm. Rajeev Kanakala plays the hero's father in Chai Wala.
