Krishnam Raju, the son of senior comedy actor Gautam Raju, is all set to celebrate his birthday this Thursday. A huge fan of Megastar Chiranjeevi, he has completed an acting course under the famous acting guru Sathyanand.

"I have also been devotional towards Chiranjeevi garu. I am becoming an actor with his inspiration. After completing my Engineering, I pursued a job for some time," Krishnam Raju, who celebrates his birthday on September 25, says.

"Doing 'Krishnarao Super Market' was a great learning experience. I learned a lot as an actor. I got a grip over what an actor should and shouldn't do. It all began with director Srinath Pulakuram meeting with my dad to give a story narration. Tanikella Bharani garu, too, listened to the story," Krishnam Raju adds.

What has he learned watching Chiranjeevi over the years? "I like mass movies. His fights and dances inspire me a lot. I got trained in martial arts and gymnastics, which I am using for this film," he reveals. "It saddens me a bit that my favourite actor is yet to watch my movie. I hope I will one day become worthy of his appreciation. It's my dream to receive an award from his hands one day," he adds.

He says that his father, Gautam Raju, inspires him because of his kindness. "He got inspried by Rallapalli garu. Him, Tanikella Bharani garu, Brahmanandam garu and Naresh garu are a team," he says.

"I got trained in acting from Sathyanand garu without my dad's knowledge. Sukumar garu is my favourite director. I also admire Krishna Vamsi garu, Puri Jagannadh garu, Rajamouli garu and Harish Shankar garu."
