SVR Media (P) Ltd., which presented super hit films like ‘Dasavatharam’, ‘Surya s/o Krishnan’, ‘Awara’, ‘Ironman’ and ‘Pirana’ is now bringing ‘Urimi’ to the Telugu audience. The film is set to release in 1st week of August.
Shobha Rani of SVR Media said, “Urimi is the visual painting of cinematography cum director Santosh Sivan. The film is based on the real life incidents that occurred in 15th century. The film showcases the episode of Vasco da Gama who lead an expedition to India, the kings who ruled India during that period and the present situation in the country. The film was shot naturally without much usage of graphics.”
Further speaking she said, “Genelia role as princess who fights against the British, Prabhu Deva’s dances and comedy, Nithya Menen as yet another princess, Prithviraj’s action sequences, Arya’s fights and ferociousness and last but not the least the roles of Vidhya Balan and Tabu are all the assets of the film. The logo of this film will be launched on July 10th and the audio on July 20th through Aditya Music Company. The film will be released in the 1st week of August.”
