Nandamuri Balakrishna has made some controversial comments on Telugu film industry's recent meeting with KCR and minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav. When asked about when the shoots, stalled due to lock-down, will begin and why didn't he attend the meeting with the Telangana CM, he said that no one has invited him.

"No one has invited me to join the meeting. I also got to know about it through newspapers and TV channels", said Balakrishna in an angry tone, adding, "Are they doing real estate business?". The 'Legend' actor said that they are ready to shoot with limited crew and by following social distancing rules.

Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Trivikram Srinivas, SS Rajamouli, Koratala Siva were among others who met KCR and discussed the issues being faced by daily wage workers in the Telugu film industry and how they are going to start shooting.

Balakrishna has donated Rs.25 lakhs to Corona Crisis Charity (CCC), set by Chiranjeevi and other Tollywood biggies, to help the daily wage workers in the industry.
