Mahesh Babu admires veteran's 'towering brilliance'

Mahesh Babu on Wednesday profoundly mourned the demise of Dilip Kumar, the veteran Bollywoodian who passed away at the age of 98. The 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' actor took to Twitter and described his demise as a huge loss.

"A timeless legend.. His towering brilliance will continue to be an inspiration to actors all around the world. A huge loss for Indian cinema...Rest in peace #DilipKumar Sir. You will be terribly missed," the superstar tweeted.

Earlier in the day, Chiranjeevi, Jr NTR and Venkatesh, among others, also condoled Dilip Kumar's demise.

President Ramnath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a host of other dignitaries also expressed their grief. The film fraternity is in a state of mourning over the passing away of the 'Tragedy King'.
