Rahul Ramakrishna has made a fool of himself: Netizens

Rahul Ramakrishna wanted to joke. But he has become a joke himself. This is what Netizens who got fooled by his 'retirement' tweet are saying. On Saturday morning, the 'Arjun Reddy' comedian took to Twitter and said that he won't be doing films after 2022. This was seen as a retirement announcement.

The tweet was taken at face value and widely reported by the Tollywood media. Many wondered why the 'Jathi Ratnalu' actor wanted to quit acting when he is doing so well.

Not just the media, apparently, even his friends believed in his tweet and started making calls to him. His friends were happy that he was quitting acting (wonder if they don't like his acting).

After fooling everyone successfully, the 'Skylab' and 'Republic' actor said that he was only joking. “Why would I throw away a high-paying, luxury life so full of benefits? I can’t believe my friends are calling me up to congratulate me on my retirement,” the 'RRR' actor tweeted.

Netizens are now saying that his tweets won't be taken seriously anymore. The joke is now on Rahul!
