'Bheemla Nayak' is set to head to theatres this Friday. At the pre-release event held on Wednesday night, chief guest KTR showered praises on Pawan Kalyan's talent.

Since the event lasted beyond 10 pm, KTR spoke for not more than 5 minutes and Power Star not more than 10 minutes. Pawan avoided making political comments against the YS Jaganmohan Reddy government.

Earlier in the event, a release trailer was unveiled.

Here are the excerpts from the speech of KTR:

Pawan Kalyan garu's following is cultist in nature. There are many superstars but he is one actor with a cult following. It has been more than two decades since I watched 'Toli Prema'. Over the decades, his impact has remained intact.

Our government acknowledges the importance of the film industry and it is taking steps to make Hyderabad a citadel of the film industry in India.

Here are the excerpts from the speech of Pawan Kalyan:

Cinema is beyond petty divisions like caste. Decades ago, industry elders and governments heralded the journey of the Telugu film industry from Madras to this city (Hyderabad). The present government in Telangana, under the leadership of K Chandrasekhar Rao garu, is giving enhanced support. In this regard, I would also like to thank Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav garu as well.

Now as in the past, I am feeling the same responsibility towards my films. I behave as responsibly as I used to back in the days of 'Toli Prema' and 'Kushi'.

On this occasion, I would like to thank the producers of 'Bheemla Nayak' for tuning the scheduling of the movie as per my political work.

Without Trivikram Srinivas, there would be no 'Bheemla Nayak'. His writing and vision went into adapting the Malayalam original, 'Ayyappanum Koshiyum'.

(Pawan also took the names of the cast and crew members, including cinematographer Ravi K Chandran, editor Navin Nooli and others).
