Satya Dev is lucky, unlike Naga Chaitanya!

Satya Dev (aka Satyadev Kancharana) has made a decent debut in Bollywood. In 'Ram Setu' (Hindi), which hit the cinemas on Tuesday, the Telugu actor played a character with divine attributes. While the director fails to keep the suspense element concerning his character intact, it is still a good character to do.

Satya Dev enters the screen just before the interval and gets a few crucial scenes in the second half with Akshay Kumar and Jacqueline Fernandez. When a poster of the three actors was released a few weeks ago, it was trolled by Netizens. In the poster, the three guys are inside a closed chamber where Akshay holds a fire torch even though they already have a torch light. The scene is logical: they take the fire torch to ward off insects/wild animals that they might encounter.

Now, coming to Naga Chaitanya. His Bollywood debut in 'Laal Singh Chaddha' was a disaster. The character Balaraju was immensely unrelatable. It was also trolled for overusing the words 'chaddi' and 'baniyan'.

Like Aamir Khan's film, 'Ram Setu', too, might become a flop. But, at least, Satya Dev has got to do a respectable character. That's not the case with the 'Thank You' star.
