The pre-release event of 'Fear' was held yesterday. To be released on December 14, the film's paid premiere will be held on the evening of the 12th. Already, tickets are nearly sold out.
Speaking at the film's pre-release event, cinematographer I Andrew predicted that 'Fear' would be winning many more awards after its release. Calling it a unique film that offers a "great experience", he urged the audience to watch the movie.
Actor Ameen said that he has played a "wonderful character" in the film. He sincerely thanked the director for being a guiding force. Actor Anurag Chintu said that he has played the role of an inspector in the police department; he also expressed hope that the role will fetch him recognition. Actor Appaji Ambarisha said that the film is about the importance of overcoming phobias. "The concept of 'Fear' is incredibly interesting," he added. Actor Shani described 'Fear' as fantastic. He also spoke of his association with Haritha dating back to the days of 'Lucky Lakshman', released in 2022. Actress Sahithi Dasari described 'Fear' as a bold, fearless movie with a "strong script, beautiful visuals, and music."
Music Director Anup Rubens spoke of the tireless efforts that went into making the film and bringing it out. "Vedhika garu's performance will be outstanding," the composer added.
Producer Bekkem Venugopal said that his association with Haritha goes back to Sohel's 'Lucky Lakshman'. He praised Haritha for her focus and dedication. He wished Team 'Fear' all the best, saying that its notable release in the Telugu States will give it an edge.
Producer AR Abhi said that his wife Haritha is very perseverent. "She made this movie with full faith in the script. All the artists in 'Fear' supported us, and co-producer Sujatha Reddy was a great help. As producers, we are completing and releasing two films and are also starting a new project. If you liked the teaser and songs of 'Fear', please go to the theaters and watch it," he added.
Co-producer Sujatha Reddy said that the film has been made by Haritha with a very fresh and unique script, adding that the thrilling elements in 'Fear' will surprise the audience.
Director Dr. Haritha Gogineni said that 'Fear' is a screenplay-oriented movie with a strong concept. "It has won 70 international awards due to its innovative screenplay. We are revealing today that the Vedhika has played a dual role in 'Fear'. The film has received a UA certification, which means it’s suitable for children, adults, and families to watch together," she said.
Urging the audience to support small movies, Haritha added, "Vedhika, is gold—she supported the movie immensely. Even though Arvind Krishna played a small role, he did it brilliantly. 'Fear' has several surprise elements that we will talk about after its release. There are very few female directors, so please watch 'Fear' thinking of it as a film made by a girl in your house."
