'Toofan', starring Vijay Antony as the lead man, will head to theatres on July 26. Also starring Sathyaraj, Megha Akash, Daali Dhananjaya, Murali Sharma, Saranya Ponvanna, Pruthvi Ambaar, Thalaivasal Vijay and many others, its music is by the Achu Rajamani-Vijay Antony duo. The film's Trailer launch event was held recently.
Speaking on the occasion, songwriter Bhashya Sri said that the film is as enjoyable as it goes. He quipped that nobody would be interested in listening to him after seeing Vijay Antony and the beautiful Megha Akash on stage.
Producer Dhanunjayan said that the movie is impressive as it combines action and emotion. "Just like the trailer, you are all going to enjoy the film in theaters. We are releasing 'Toofan' on the 26th of this month," he added.
Director Vijay Milton thanked his producers. He added, "Megha Akash gave an excellent performance in this film. Bhashya Sri did a fantastic job writing 'Toofan' for the Telugu version."
Megha Akash said, "The film has love, romance, action, emotion, and great songs."
Hero Vijay Antony said, "I also want to watch this film in theaters with you. Thanks to director Vijay Milton for giving me an excellent film like 'Toofan'. He is not only an excellent director but also a talented cinematographer. He has captured stunning visuals for the film. The setting of this film will be something new.
