'Lucky Baskhar', starring Dulquer Salmaan in the lead, has locked its OTT release date. The con-man financial thriller will stream on Netflix from November 28 in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.
Directed by Venky Atluri, the film is produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya. "Adhrushtam oka manishini entha dhooram theeskelluthundhi?" Netflix wrote, announcing the date.
What is the film's plot? Baskhar Kumar is a bank employee who takes to immoral monetary transactions driven by desperation at first and insatiable greed later. His modus operandi ranges from robbing money from the bank to gaming the system in sophisticated ways. Will the con-man be caught by a CBI team led by Sai Kumar's character? Is he planning to surrender? Is he as smart as he believes he is?
'Lucky Baskhar', co-starring Meenakshi Chaudhary, Srikanth Maganti, and others, was a theatrical blockbuster. It entered the Rs 100 Cr club as well.
