There is a distinct possibility for The Raja Saab to hit the cinemas for the Sankranthi season in 2026. If that happens, Ravi Teja's movie with dirctor Kishore Tirumala could be postponed to a later date. The RT-Tirumala movie was announced in June.
The Raja Saab is increasingly looking apt to be a Sankranthi release. Ravi Teja's film, with its family-friendly elements, is also best-suited to be a festival-time release. SLV Cinemas, which is producing the Mass Maharaja entertainer, might find itself hard-pressed for an adequate release if Prabhas' movie takes over.
If The Raja Saab shows up at the cinemas in December 2025, the only big-ticket Telugu title Ravi Teja will have to contend with will be the Chiranjeevi-Anil Ravipudi entertainer.
