Daaku Maharaaj, the latest film from Nandamuri Balakrishna, is all set to hit the cinemas on January 12. Its Trailer is out.
Writer-director Bobby Kolli sets out by introducing a fictional land where a saviour has been elevated to the status of a king. Balakrishna is a warrior who might be working in the shadows. The immoral guys have labeled him a criminal.
The mining backdrop is integral to the world of Bobby Deol's antagonist. Although the trailer doesn't present any direct face-offs between the hero and the villain, the film's second half could have their explosive duel as the biggest highlight.
Thaman's muted soundscape complements the black aesthetics.
Shraddha Srinath, Urvashi Rautela, Makarand Deshpande, and others feature in key roles. Vijay Karthik Kannan and Avinash Kolla are respectively the cinematographer and production design.
