In the glimpse video of The Paradise, Natural Star Nani can be seen as a violent rebel who wields a weapon. Religious imagery and/or themes are said to be a crucial element of the film. As per a theory put forward by a YouTuber, director Srikanth Odela's script came up with the idea of Nani's character getting taken over by Ammoru or some other Goddess in the film. This is a Kantara inspiration, if true.
As per the theory, Nani rejected Yellamma (a script offered by Balagam fame Venu Yeldandi) because it has a similar Goddess element. Yellamma is currently being done with Nithiin as the hero. Dil Raju is producing it.
We can only determine if this assumption is accurate once the promotional campaigns for both The Paradise and Yellamma are fully unveiled. Both films are scheduled for release in 2026. If the theme of the Goddess is central to both, their release dates must be carefully spaced apart to prevent any overlap or sense of repetition for audiences.
