Pawan Kalyan's Physical Struggles: From Action Star to Strained Fatherhood

Power Star Pawan Kalyan, speaking at the Jana Sena Formation Day event, made a revelation that has left fans a bit upset. The actor-turned-politician, once celebrated for his jaw-dropping stunts and martial arts prowess in films like Thammudu, admitted that he has become physically weak to the point where he struggles to lift his younger son.

In his 2004 movie Gudumba Shankar, Pawan Kalyan lifted three children on his shoulders in a song. Known for performing popular action sequences without a stunt double, he earned a reputation as one of Tollywood’s fittest and most dynamic stars. That story ended in the 2010s.

Time and life’s demands appear to have taken a toll on the Deputy CM of AP. “There was a time when lifting three kids was nothing for me. But now, even holding my younger son feels like a challenge," he said, adding that he derives morale and strength from the blessings of his supporters.

The actor awaits the release of Hari Hara Veera Mallu on May 9th.
