Keerthy Suresh's Revolver Rita is finally heading to theatres on November 28th. It will be a simultaneous release in two languages: Telugu and Tamil.
Co-starring Radikaa Sarathkumar, Redin Kingsley, Mime Gopi, and Sendrayan, the J K Chandru directorial is a crime comedy.
The storyline centers on the titular character, Rita, who appears to be a seemingly unassuming person but has a hidden, action-packed life. The overall tone promises a blend of action, dark comedy, and a quirky drama. A recent promotional asset showed criminals finding a revolver, knife, and grenade in the female protagonist's bag, leading them to question if she is a RAW agent, a police officer, or a don.
Produced by Sudhan Sundaram and Jagadish Palanisamy, Revolver Rita has music by Sean Roldan. The cinematography is by Dinesh Krishnan B, while the editing is by Praveen KL. Dhilip Subbarayan has composed the stunts.
