Speaking at the song launch event of Santhana Prapthirasthu on Monday, senior producer D Suresh Babu predicted that the Vikranth-Chandini Chowdary movie will become a musical hit. Ahead of the film's grand theatrical release on November 14, the makers are intensifying promotions. A song named Telusa Nee Kosame, sung by Armaan Maalik and written by Sreemani, was unveiled on the occasion.

Producer D Suresh Babu lauded the passion of Madhura Sreedhar, who started out as a software engineer and evolved into a music entrepreneur and eventually a film producer. "The songs of this movie are very good," he added.

Screenplay writer Shaik Dawood G revealed that the film tries to point at the reasons for the mushrooming of IVF centres across the country in the 21st century. In its treatment, Santhana Prapthirasthu is a fun-filled family entertainer, he added. Producer Madhura Sreedhar Reddy said that the country has been reeling under the pressure of delayed pregnancies, among other childbirth-related issues. In the age of hi-tech professions, there is a need to understand the problem. Santhana Prapthirasthu makes a fervent attempt by steering clear of vulgarity. "Our close circles who watched the movie have given us excellent feedback," the producer added. The producer thanked Suresh Babu for backing the film. "He felt that the subject matter is contemporary and pertinent. His banner has supported my movies from the beginning," Madhura Sreedhar said, also appreciating the director of the movie. He described hero Vikranth as a "brilliant performer". He also mentioned others like Chandini, actor-director Tharun Bhascker, Vennela Kishore, and Abhinav Gomatam.

Music director Ajay Arasada described the family entertainer as an organically written drama that inspired him to give his best shot at background score. The song, Telusa Nee Kosame, was borne of the film's score.

Director Sanjeev Reddy stated that his film is based on the challenges faced by modern-day couples, but he stressed that it is not preachy. He explained that the story is told in a fun and entertaining way. He also acknowledged his gratitude towards the producers, Sreedhar and Nirvi Hariprasad Reddy, saying they provided everything they needed, from artists to production support. The director specifically mentioned that the lead actor, Vikranth, looks even more charming off-screen.

Actor Vikranth shared that he was very happy when he first heard the story of Santhana Prapthirasthu. He then elaborated, saying that the story addresses a burning issue faced by today’s society, but in a lighthearted, message-free way. He further highlighted the film's emotional depth, mentioning that many young couples face social pressure when they don’t have children, which mentally affects them, and that the film "also touches that emotional aspect." He remarked that Ajay Arasada’s background score has elevated the film to another level, and he specified that his all-time favorite song from this film is Telusa Nee Kosame, which was "beautifully written by Sreemani and sung by Armaan Malik."
