In his interview, the director of the film has described the story of his film as an emotional one.

Cinema is a powerful medium. Socially-relevant issues must be told to the audience with a strong screenplay. A 2-hour movie should make the audience think about it for two days in the least. I have made films with this conviction.

'#69 Samskar Colony' is a thought-provoking movie. It's a thought-provoking one. The residents of the Samskar Colony in my film are sensitive. The writer of the movie is a woman.

Our film dwells on the mindset changes in human relationships. It also talks about some strange trends in social behaviours. The story deals with a love story between a married woman and a teen boy. This is not really a new premise. But the story has been narrated in a new fashion. We have shown some never-seen-before things in the movie.

'A' certificate has been received from the CBFC. We hope the audience appreciates the evolved characterizations in our movie. Ajay garu has played the husband's role that is full of many shades. He has done complete justice for his character.

Esther was selected after an audition. She felt that the content is quite strong.

As for producer Bapiraju garu, he has been a friend of mine for 17 years. He was a distributor for my movies and turned into a producer with 'Romantic Criminals', my directorial.

I am doing a film in the backdrop of Maoism with producer Chadalavada Srinivas Rao. The story is about a father and his son in 1995.
