'Rama Banam': He is both Hanuman, Lakshman for his loving brother!

The Sri Rama Navami glimpse of 'Rama Banam' is centered around the theme of the bond between brothers and the protective role the younger one plays concerning his elder one. Gopichand, who portrays a muscular character in this action-packed entertainer, compares his relationship with his on-screen brother (played by Jagapathi Babu) to that of Hanuman and Lakshmana's role concerning Lord Rama in the Ramayana. Gopichand delivers the line with heartfelt sincerity, adding to the film's emotional depth.

Director Sriwass appears to have included a fight scene or two set against the backdrop of a village temple in the film. This technique of staging fights in such a location has proved successful in the past, as demonstrated by the works of esteemed mass directors such as B Gopal and VV Vinayak.

Starring heroine Dimple Hayathi, this May 5th release has music by Mickey J Meyer. Vetri Palani Swamy (cinematography), Prawin Pudi (editing), Kiran Kumar Manne (art direction), and Bhupathi Raja (story writer) are working on the film. The film is produced TG Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibhotla.
