Jr NTR's union with Prashanth Neel will hit the cinemas on April 9, 2026 (new release date). The pan-Indian action drama is one of the craziest movies in the making.
As per the latest buzz in the town, Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts have successfully closed the movie's theatrical rights to North American territory. The deal has fetched them a whopping Rs 50 Cr on an advance basis.
As per Venky Box Office, this is the all-time second-highest business deal in terms of valuation for any Indian film for the NA territory. This is on par with Prabhas' Kalki 2898 AD but doesn't exceed the value of last year's Pushpa 2 deal.
NTR-Neel, as the project is known as in short, was earlier scheduled to be released for Sankranthi 2026. But the movie has been pushed to Summer. With music by Ravi Basrur, the film went on the floors earlier this year.
