Telusu Kada is scheduled to hit the cinemas for Diwali. It will face stiff competition from other releases, such as Kiran Abbavaram's K-Ramp.
In his latest interview, the actor said that Telusu Kada has the potential to redefine the romantic-comedy genre. "My character's perspective on love will surprise the audience. It will be seen as fresh. Just as DJ Tillu was a fresh spin on the crime comedy genre, Telusu Kada will redefine the love story genre," Siddu said, adding a cautious note that he will be trolled if the movie turns out to be a disappointment. One hopes this is not going to be another Orange, though!
Telusu Kada is directed by debutant Neeraja Kona, and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the People Media Factory banner. Raashii Khanna and Srinidhi Shetty are its heroines. Harsha Chemudu has a prominent role. The film's budget is Rs 50-60 Cr as per Siddu.
